Booking, Cancellation, Refund & Service Terms

Welcome to A1 Executive Transport. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Accurate pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact information must be provided at the time of booking.

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Booking Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard Sedan & SUV Services

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time qualify for a full refund.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be charged 50%–100% of the base fare.

Same-Day Cancellations: Generally non-refundable.
Airport Transfers

Airport reservations may have a shorter cancellation window (as little as 12 hours) due to scheduling and dispatch commitments.

Cancellations or changes made within this window may be partially or fully non-refundable.
Event & Specialty Vehicles (Stretch Limos, Party Buses, Luxury Vans)

Event bookings require 7–14 days’ advance notice for cancellation to qualify for a refund.

Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable due to vehicle reservation, staffing, and event demand.
No-Show Policy

A No-Show occurs when the passenger:

Is not present at the designated pickup location, and Fails to communicate with dispatch within the applicable grace period.
Grace Periods
-
Residential or Business Pickups: 15 minutes
-
Airport Pickups: 30 minutes, depending on airport and flight tracking
No-Show Charges

The full service fare plus gratuity will be charged.

No-shows are non-refundable.

A1 Executive Transport is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, road closures, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value if necessary.
Fees & Additional Charges

To maintain the quality, safety, and luxury standards of our vehicles and services, A1 Executive Transport may apply the following additional fees when applicable.
Vehicle Cleaning & Sanitization Fee

A cleaning and sanitization fee of $250–$500 may be charged if a vehicle requires special cleaning.

This fee reflects professional detailing, vehicle downtime, and health-related sanitization requirements.

Determination of cleaning necessity is at the sole discretion of A1 Executive Transport.

Additional charges may apply for:

Route changes or additional stops

Excessive vehicle mess or damage

Overtime beyond the booked service duration

Special requests not included in the original booking
Liability

Right to Refuse Service
A1 Executive Transport reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

Illegal activity

Harassment or abusive behavior

Excessive intoxication

Non-compliance with company policies
