Nature of Services
A1 Executive Transport provides pre-arranged luxury transportation services through professional chauffeurs. Certain services may be fulfilled by independent, licensed transportation providers operating under contractual agreements with A1 Executive Transport.
All chauffeurs and vehicles are required to comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation laws and insurance requirements.
No Guarantees or Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A1 Executive Transport makes no express or implied warranties regarding:

Availability of specific vehicles or chauffeurs

Uninterrupted or delay-free service

Exact arrival or travel times

Route accuracy or traffic conditions

Suitability of service for a specific purpose
Services are provided “as scheduled” and “as available.”
Transportation Risks & Third-Party Factors
A1 Executive Transport shall not be liable for issues arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Traffic congestion or road closures

Weather conditions

Accidents caused by third parties

Airport delays, cancellations, or schedule changes

Government restrictions or emergency situations
